Overview

4 Broadgate (now demolished) was one of the original Broadgate Estates buildings and formed part of the Iconic Broadgate Estate. There were seven floors of fully serviced office space, which overlooks the Broadgate Arena.

The building had a large entrance area with a spectacular view up into the atrium.

History

2011 April - 4 and 6 Broadgate will be demolished and replaced by a new 75m-high headquarters for UBS. Demolition and construction are expected to take 42 months.
